Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment,
organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name
and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods.
(2) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract.
After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are
deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.
Web analysis with Google Analytics

Analytics
Thru Orbit uses Unity Analytics to collect user data and analyze the way people play the Game. This information helps to identify problematic design, figure out what users enjoy,
and estimate average players so the game can improve.
The following is an excerpt from the
Unity Privacy Policy:
At the developer’s request, Unity has collected device information, like IP Address and device identifiers, as well as events completed or actions taken within the game, including level,
number of credits, time it took you to earn them, metadata about in-game communications, the value and details of purchases. Using our systems the developer of the game has ongoing access
to this data. Other Unity customers may have access to aggregated reports about game activity in general across a number of games. These reports are based, in part, on your information,
but do not specifically identify you or your device.
We do not give, sell, or trade this data to any 3rd parties for any purpose. We reserve the right to publish aggregated reports on our statistics to users. As with Unity Analytics these reports are
partly based on your information, but will not identify you or your device.
